Where Are We At? |
A one day workshop to help the participants assess where the group stands on the team / individual work continuum and what they need to focus on to realise their goals.
- Pre-workshop ‘audit’ of current team behaviours
- Identification of current work patterns – ‘how we tackle it’ – purpose, values, work allocation, decision making, reporting.
- Work on a team exercise to check out team behaviours
- Team or Group – evaluation of the normal work behaviours of the ‘team’.
- Identification and commitment to first step performance improvement actions for team and individuals.
Resources – Questionnaire to evaluate where group stands on the team/group continuum, Interactive team skills exercise selected to fit typical work style of group, Facilitator inputs on the elements of organisation culture and planning techniques
Benefits – Awareness of benefits of working as a team, an understanding of how ‘team focused’ the group is and the actions it can do take to improve its team work
