A half day or one day workshop to build the understanding of the benefits - and to establish the practice - of regularly reviewing ‘how’ the team works towards its shared goals.
- Review initial action plan progress
- Check how team is going in terms of its Guiding Principles
- Review Team Roles allocations and ‘test’ with advanced applications exercise built on consensus decision making
- Establish regular schedule for team process reviews
Resources – Action Plans developed in start up workshops, Team’s own Guiding Principles, Facilitator input on the content and process balance required for high performance
Benefits – Setting up regular process review strategy for team. Recognition of the importance of interpersonal skills as a complement to technical skills in building team performance.
