  • Review Team Roles allocations and ‘test’ with advanced applications exercise  built on consensus decision making
  • Establish regular schedule for team process reviews

Resources – Action Plans developed in start up workshops, Team’s own Guiding Principles, Facilitator input on the content and process balance required for high performance
