- Leadership on the Frontline – a ten module programme that runs through a calendar year on a schedule of one day per month. Covering the essential skills of leadership in operational settings, it keys these into on the job applications.
- What Leaders Really Do – a two day programme that covers the key behaviours of effective leaders. It uses a combination of presentations and application exercises to outline the concepts and demonstrate their applications.
- The Performance Leaders Programme – this four day residential programme uses an experiential learning approach to enable particpants to identify and test their own and their colleagues' most effective leadership styles.
