The Belbin Facilitation Programme is a ‘next steps’ programme for accredited users.

This workshop will build on participants’ existing knowledge of Team Roles and aim to equip them with the content, skills and confidence to run Team Roles feedback sessions and to go further in building teamwork cultures.

It will be a mix of experiential learning and ‘structured conversations’, delving into Belbin concepts and facilitation theory - giving each person plenty of opportunity to build their skill levels. All will leave with tangible programme structures, tested application tools and plenty of ideas on how to apply these in the different client situations they encounter.

This day will cost each participant $850.00+gst.

The second and optional component of this programme is coaching – up to three hours of one to one coaching on applying the tools and concepts in specific client programmes.

The cost for this element will be $600.00+gst.

Each programme will have a maximum of ten participants so be in early to secure a place.
