Winston Pond is Leadership Solutions' Managing Consultant.
He is a highly skilled facilitator, experienced in helping teams work through uncertain situations. He complements these skills with an in-depth knowledge of what build effective performance in organisations; in particular, a thorough knowledge of Belbin Team Roles theory and applications.

He is one of New Zealand's most experienced management and organisation consultants - having worked in this area since 1980.
This experience and expertise is under-pinned by a Master of Arts degree from the University of Waikato and a Diploma in Teaching. His Belbin Team Roles preferences are Plant,
Co-ordinator and Teamworker.
Winston resides with his wife, Denise, in Three Kings, Auckland.
