Hester Gouws has rich professional experience in working in a wide variety of organisations and cultures. She specialises in the performance improvement area of coaching. Recent activity has seen her concentrating on life coaching helping individuals cope with difficult choices and adjustments in their personal lives that impact on their happiness and effectiveness. |

She brings a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and a Masters in Counselling Psychology to this work. She is a qualified Life Coach.
In recent years, Hester has worked in professional partnership with Dawie, often undertaking joint assignments. This work has had an increasing emphasis on helping organisations develop team based work systems and often draws on the Belbin Team Roles theory. Her most effective Team Roles are Co-ordinator, Implementer and Monitor-Evaluator.
Together with Dawie, Hester developed the Performance Leaders' Programme and has overseen its delivery in a number of countries including New Zealand where it is in its tenth year of operation.
Where appropriate, we contract in professionally qualified associates to complement our team's skill set or to meet particular needs.
