Fiona Pond is an accredited Belbin Team Roles facilitator with a particular interest in introducing the Belbin concepts of interpersonal and team-based strengths to career starters through use of Belbin GET SET.

She also manages the Belbin NZ bureau service, liaising with clients, identifying development solutions and producing Belbin reports appropriate to their needs.

Fiona has a background in Psychology and Management and is currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in Career Development.
