Our Team
Dawie Gouws brings the Team Roles of Plant, Specialist and Monitor Evaluator to his work as our research leader.
With a PhD from the University of Pretoria, experience as a Nuffield Fellow in Humanities at the University of London and as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Pittsburgh University and participation in the Harvard University Advanced Management Programme he is well placed to keep Leadership Solutions at the forefront of organisation development. Dawie also has close associations with some of the world's leading management experts - including Meredith Belbin.

Together with Hester, Dawie developed the Performance Leaders' Programme and
has overseen its delivery in a number of countries including New Zealand where
it is in its tenth year of operation.
Where appropriate, we contract in professionally qualified associates to complement our team's skill set or to meet particular needs.
