Bernadette Doube has a governance and strategic focus in the work she does for Leadership Solutions. To this she brings experience in senior management positions both in New Zealand and the UK. Starting out as a speech and language therapist she has always been involved in organisation learning and development. As she has moved into senior roles, this has developed into interest and expertise in governance processes and leadership. She holds directorships in several public and private companies.
Bernadette lives in Hamilton with husband Alan and her family. In her work and recreation interests she makes full use of her Resource Investigator,
Co-ordinator and Plant team roles.
