Who we are:
Leadership Solutions is the New Zealand licensee for Belbin Associates, responsible for the distribution and servicing of Belbin products throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands region.
We also provide consulting services that utilise Belbin Team Roles and similarly focused concepts and instruments - drawing on the fundamental development tenets of 'strengthening your strengths' and 'making best use of the differing talents around you'.
Our office is located in the suburb of Epsom in Auckland and it serves as the hub for an extensive network of independent and in-house Belbin accredited management and organisation development professionals.
Our core team is made up of Winston and Fiona Pond, Bernadette Doube, Dawie and Hester Gouws - all experienced practitioners and accredited Belbin facilitators.
